ABOUT THE DIVISION
Dimapur Forest Division has been carved out from Kohima Forest Division as a saperate division w.e.f 27-02-2002. Presently it covers the 3 (three) districts of Dimapur, Chumoukedima and Niuland. It has a total geographical area of 927 Sq Km with Forest Cover of 50.04% (ISFR-2023)
