ABOUT THE DIVISION
The Kohima Forest Division headed by the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) is housed in the Forest Office Complex, Jail Colony, Kohima. For ease of administration and effective implementation of various schemes and programmes undertaken by the Office for the management, conservation and protection of forests under Kohima District, Kohima Forest Division is delineated into Three (3) Ranges, namely – Kohima Range, Chiephobozou Range and Tseminyu Range.
